Hi,I’m 16 and for around 2 years now me and my family have been struggling with how  my 15 year old brother is.My brother has autism as well as a acoustic neuroma. He has bad behaviour at school which reflects our lives at home as he causes arguments over the smallest of things like someone sitting a certain way. This then leads to a full blown argument in which he throws insults at my parents and me and my siblings. IThe things he says to me and my siblings hurts us and make us sad as we’ll as lower our self esteem and self confidence.Ive never really spoken about my life at home so it feels good to talk about it with other people in similar situations.

I know quite how you feel. My brothers sometimes get aggravated at me slurping soup. I went through a part of my life in which I had really low self esteem. It is hard when your siblings hurt your feelings, but you can try and stop most of it with the help of your parents.
